It’s very important to continually survey your customers to gauge satisfaction. This can be done a variety of ways - by phone, in person, or via e-mail. One of the tools that Accutome uses is Survey Monkey. This program is easy to set up, easy for the customers to complete, and provides great analysis. We are able to look at all the questions and answers, portrayed graphically, and any verbatim comments are captured. All of our surveys are anonymous.
